What Would Sarah Do…

What Would Sarah Do?  WWSD

I mean no offense to Jesus or the WWJD crowd (which includes me).  But Sarah Palin is a role model that has restored my faith in calm conservatism.  From the moment she entered the scene, Sarah and her family have been stripped bare and put on a pedestal for all to judge.

So, how did she react, with tears and accusations?  Not even close.  She stood calmly and conservatively, as if to say, “Ok, seen enough?  Can we get back down to business now?”

Thatis something to behold.  When others are attacking you from all sides, and life seems almost unbearable, stand tall, stand proud, and dont waver.

You know, for too long I’ve fretted and worried about what others thought, and I wasted my precious time and energy trying to make everyone else like me.  For too long, as a wife and mother, I’ve been quietly shielding my conservative views because it was pounded into me that there was no such thing as a conservative woman.

Well enough is enough.  I can be proud of who I am, and I am not ashamed to say Sarah impresses the heck outta me.  She is a strong, smart leader, and a woman who handles the pressure gracefully and with pride.

For pete’s sake, if Palin can raise five kids, manage a state, and do it all dodging slimy bullets in high heeled shoes, than I can do it too.

I’ve learned that when people are throwing criticisms at me, or my day has been really crappy, I can take it.  When difficult challenges change the course of my life, I can take it, and not be afraid.  Not only can I take it, but I can stay true to my moral compass, and come out ahead.  Sarah Palin has been an inspirational force for that to happen.

It’s not just her speeches, and it’s not just her family.  Palin’s integrity shines past her words. She truely believes the people she represents, are her boss.  All people, not just liberals or democrats, republicans or independents.  She’s vowed to work for all of us.   Political polls and Internet rumors do not change her positions or sway her responses.

No, she stays the course, and she’s done it all along.  So you gotta ask yourself, WWSD?

Enter Sarah Palin, and the rest is history.

You can’t be serious. This is a spoof, right? Sarah Palin is soooooooo far in over her head that it has to be obvious to everyone!

“Sarah Baracuda” should go back to Alaska where she can shoot hapless wolves out of airplanes. Very sporting of her! They are the only thing she’s going to vanquish. It surely won’t be Joe Biden!

Responding to Hughes intellectual insight??? As to shooting wolves out of airplanes? Target practice dear, target practise.

There are a LOT of wolves in sheep’s clothing that need to be shot down and thrown to the lions. The real truth needs to surface and McCain/Palin are the ones who can expose what Obama/Biden want to hide.

I personally feel this is not a Republican/Democrat issue we’re dealing with anymore. It’s a we all need to unite as one if we want a future we can live with.

Do people really believe Obama or McCain as a President can not fix the problems we face that has been coming on for decades?

Barry McGuire tried to reach us in a simple song in 1965. A lot of insight in “Eve of Destruction”.

    Correction paragraph 4.

Do people really believe Obama or McCain as a President ‘CAN’ fix the problems we face that has been coming on for decades?

    Dear Donna,
I am serious, and no it is not a farce. The only person way over his head is Obama, and I pray we do not get to find out just how much.
